The method of successive crushing

The crusher contains a body and synchronized rotors of impact crushing, a feed sloping tray and an out feed, it differs in the following feature: the feeding sloping shoot has a fraction separator, that is designed as guide chutes of different level and inclination mounted with a transverse slot corresponding to the size of the required fraction, at the same time the guide chutes for coarse fractions are mounted with a smaller inclination than the guide chutes for the fines ones and their ends are located at a distance equal to one half of the average size of the fractions from the working edge of the first rotor, installed in the lower part of the crusher inside a semi-cylindrical grate grass, jointed with the bottom of the feed tray and provided with impact elements with convex operating surfaces, fixed on the blades. The second and the third rotors are located at body top and provided with flat impact elements, the centers of the working surfaces of which are located in the upper part, the centers of the working surfaces of which are located at a distance equal to L from the edge of an impact element of the first rotor when it coincides with the edge of the feeding tray, and the planes of the impact elements of the second and the third rotors are installed square with the bisectors of the angles formed by L-lines and the lines confounding the centers of the mentioned planes with the A-point, located over the first rotor at a distance of 0,3...0,6 L on the symmetry line, passing from the mentioned edge of the first rotor between the rotation axes of the second and the third rotors, on the both sides of which there are reflective plates. The centers of operating plates of which are situated on the lines passing through the mentioned point А, and that are directed square with the bisectors of the angles formed by the mentioned lines and the perpendiculars to the impact elements of the second and the third rotors.
